These house rules provide guidance on how we would like you to treat the holiday home and its inventory. By following these rules, you help us to maintain a high level of service for you and future guests.

This house rule guide is designed to ensure you have a pleasant and trouble-free stay. We kindly ask you to adhere to the rules outlined below.

The tablets provided in the home offer quick access to information about alarm codes, Wi-Fi, available appliances, waste container codes, ventilation system, and gas fireplace. Please let us know if we forgot to include any details; they can be added remotely.

Furniture and Amenities

• Please do not move furniture between rooms, as this may cause unnecessary damage to furniture and walls.
• A comfortable picnic table and outdoor furniture are provided. Please do not take indoor furniture or audio-visual equipment outside.
• Cushions for the garden furniture are located in the living room cabinet. They are not waterproof and must be stored indoors after use or during rain.
• Do not open cupboards that are locked with a key, as these contain private belongings.
• You are welcome to use all items in the holiday home. Inventory lists and photos in cabinets and drawers help you locate and return items properly.

Appliance and Facility Use

• Wireless internet is available. Codes are provided via the discovery tablets in the home.
• The gas fireplace in the living room can be used following the attached instructions.
• Always use the provided bedding. Additional cleaning fees may apply otherwise.
• Do not throw inappropriate items (e.g., diapers, sanitary products, grease, food) into the toilets.
• Ovens, fridge, and freezer must be cleaned and left in good condition by tenants.

Eco-Friendly Guidelines

• Electricity, water, and heating are included in the rental price. Please use them responsibly.
• Sort waste properly (paper, cardboard, glass, PMD, residual waste) in the designated bins.
• Use the washing machine and dryer according to the instructions provided.

Living Rules

• Smoking inside the holiday home is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed indoors or in the garden.
• Respect the garden's plants; do not light fires or set up tents.
