Use of equipment

Deactivating the alarm is simple by entering the access code on the small external keypad located to the left of the front door.

To open the door during your stay, use the same code as the alarm.

To reactivate the alarm when leaving for an extended period, enter 1M on the indoor keypad, then leave the house.

To open the bike storage or technical room door, also use the same access code.

The holiday home has two Wifi networks.

The first covers the kitchen and dining room:

  • Network name: Proximus-Home-594317
  • Password: see documents

The second covers the living room and the bedrooms:

  • Network name: TP-LINK_A1F4
  • Password: see documents

The holiday home is equipped with a ventilation system for the entire property, which can be set to five different levels or completely deactivated.

The control element is located in the bathroom.

By pressing the button briefly, the ventilation system is deactivated; to reactivate it, simply press the button again briefly; then, using the same button, you can select the ventilation level from 1 to 5 (see photo).

 

The rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning systems; these can be turned on and off using the remote control provided in each room.

The main bathroom lighting is adjustable in intensity using the control button ("LIGHT").

The mirror light is controlled using the remote control fixed to the wall (see photo).

The bathroom's electric heating is turned on and off via the switch labeled "HEAT"; the temperature is increased or decreased using the control button on the electric radiator (see photo).

Dining Room : 2 sunshades; these are controlled using the remote control located in the dining room. The following photos clearly illustrate the operation.

Living Room : 2 sunshades; these are controlled using the remote control located in the living room. The following photos clearly illustrate the operation.

By pressing the my button, you can activate the first light (1x press) or the second one (2x presses), allowing you to control the sunshades individually.
By pressing 4 times, the 4 indicators light up, allowing you to control the 2 sunshades simultaneously.

Bedroom 1 : it is controlled using the remote control located in Bedroom 1; arrow up/down.

Bedroom 2 : it is controlled using the remote control located in Bedroom 2; arrow up/down.

Sunshades of the terrace : the control is done using the push buttons located next to the terrace (next to the sliding door leading from the hallway to the terrace) (see photos).

Miele WWR 860 WPS (pwash 2.0 & tdos xl & wifi); the laundry detergent is already in the machine; simply add fabric softener if desired; manual attached.

During your stay, and especially at departure, you are asked to remove all waste from the holiday home and place it in the designated containers located at the exit of the holiday domain.

Sorting bags are available in the shed for pre-sorting the waste (see photo) :

  • Glass waste
  • Paper waste
  • PMC waste (plastic, metal, and beverage cartons)

The gas stove creates a warm atmosphere in the living room.

This gas stove, brand Dru, is controlled using a Honeywell remote control,
stored in the cabinet located to the left of the fireplace.

A brief user manual is also available in the same cabinet.
